1. Digital and Custom Items
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on digital downloads or custom creations — once it’s out there, it’s yours to keep.
2. Returns and Exchanges for Physical Items
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition — if you licked it, it’s yours
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or not as described, take a picture of it, send it to us, and we’ll work out a replacement or store credit for you.
- Refunds: Refunds are given as store credit. Why? Because we’re pretty sure you’ll find something even cooler with that credit!
- Refund Processing: It can take up to 11 business days to process your refund after we receive the returned item. But we promise we’ll get on it quickly!
- Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping since you’re the one who wants to return it.
- Timeframe: You have 22 days from when you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
4. How to Return or Exchange
We’ve made it easy to process returns and exchanges — just fill out our Return Form and send it back to us. We’ll get things sorted and help make it right.
